Our Lamination Production Process
Everesteel uses a precision continuous lamination line. The stainless steel coil is first cleaned and surface-activated, the adhesive is applied at controlled temperature, the decorative film is pressed under roller pressure, and the laminated sheet is then cut or re-coiled to specification. The film — typically PVC, PET, or TPU — is applied under controlled heat and pressure on a continuous lamination line, creating a bond that does not delaminate under normal use conditions.
