What is the difference between PVDF Paint and PVDF Laminated Film?
PVDF Paint is a liquid coating applied via rollers. While excellent, it can have microscopic pinholes from solvent evaporation.

PVDF Laminated Film is a solid, continuous layer that is heat-bonded to the metal. It has ZERO pinholes, making it significantly more resistant to corrosive chemicals and offering superior flexibility (0T bend).
Can the film peel off the metal over time?
No. We use a proprietary high-temperature thermosetting adhesive and a specific chemical conversion treatment on the substrate. The bond strength often exceeds the yield strength of the film itself—meaning the film will stretch and tear before it peels from the metal.
Is Tedlar® PVF film available?
Yes, we can laminate genuine DuPont™ Tedlar® PVF films onto steel or aluminum substrates for medical, aerospace, and high-end architectural applications requiring specific fire-rating and chemical certifications.
