Choose the Right Coated or Laminated Steel Product
Each product family has a different substrate, surface structure and application focus. Do not choose only by color or price.
Prepainted galvanized steel based on a zinc-coated substrate. Commonly used for general building panels, door materials, decorative sheets and cost-controlled coated steel applications.
Prepainted Galvalume steel using an aluminum-zinc alloy substrate. Often selected for roofing, wall cladding, exterior panels and applications requiring better corrosion resistance.
Pre-coated metal for appliance panel production. Suitable for solid-color refrigerator side panels, washing machine cabinets, air conditioner covers and other formed appliance parts.
Film-laminated steel for richer surface effects such as brushed, stainless-look, metallic, high-gloss, matte, wood grain and other decorative appliance or panel finishes.

Start From the Real Buying Question
Many wrong quotations happen because the buyer asks for a material name before confirming the application. Start with the panel position and service environment.
I need outdoor panels. What should I check?
Start with climate, corrosion risk, UV exposure, panel profile, zinc or Aluzinc coating, paint system and expected service life.
I need appliance panels. Which route is safer?
For solid-color appliance panels, PCM is often used. For richer decorative surfaces, VCM is often better. Forming and surface tests should come before bulk production.
I need decorative door or wall panels.
Printed steel, wood grain steel, VCM and selected prepainted steel can all work. The correct choice depends on pattern, gloss, forming, panel position and cost level.
I only know the color or pattern.
Color is not enough. Send the application, thickness, width, substrate preference, indoor or outdoor use, forming method and quantity.
I need samples before order.

Frequently Asked Questions
