Production Capability

Can You Handle My Order?

Three dedicated lines covering colour coating, laminating, and slitting. Each line runs on a fixed production schedule with buffer capacity reserved for urgent orders and unexpected demand spikes.

Line 01
Colour Coating Line
Continuous coil coating for PPGI and PPGL in PE, SMP, HDP, and PVDF systems. Automated DFT and ΔE monitoring throughout each run. All four coating systems run on the same line — no minimum run per coating type beyond the standard MOQ.
Output: primary coil production · Coating systems: PE / SMP / HDP / PVDF
Line 02
Laminating Line
PVC, PET, and PVDF film lamination onto GI and GL substrates. Covers all VCM grades: standard decorative, food-grade inner liner, and AFP (anti-fingerprint) appliance grade. Custom print patterns require a separate colour development lead time of 10–15 days before production.
Film types: PVC / PET / PVDF · Min. film thickness: 60μm
Line 03
Slitting Line
Precision slitting from master coil to customer-specified widths. Minimum slit width 100mm. Slit coils can be produced from both colour coated and laminated master coils. Slitting is typically completed within 2–3 days of master coil availability and does not add to the main production lead time.
Min. slit width: 100mm · Tolerance: ±1mm

What We Can Accommodate

  • Single-spec orders from 5 metric tons — no minimum container requirement
  • Mixed-spec shipments — multiple thicknesses, widths, or colours in one container
  • Custom RAL/NCS colours — any colour matched to ΔE ≤ 1.0, minimum 10T per colour
  • Non-standard widths — slit to exact width down to 100mm
  • Phased delivery — large orders split into multiple shipments on a fixed schedule
  • Repeat orders — same batch colour reference retained for up to 12 months

What Needs Advance Planning

  • Custom print VCM patterns — add 10–15 working days for colour development and trial run before production starts
  • PVDF coating — slightly longer production scheduling vs PE/SMP due to line changeover; confirm at order placement
  • Orders > 500T single spec — please discuss scheduling at enquiry stage to reserve line capacity
  • SGS third-party inspection — arrange at least 7 days before planned shipment date

Ocean freight schedules vary with vessel availability, port congestion, and seasonal factors. The figures above are based on current typical sailing times from Tianjin and Shanghai. For time-critical shipments, we recommend adding a 5–7 day buffer and discussing vessel booking at order confirmation stage. We provide the booking confirmation and ETD as soon as cargo is dispatched.

What Happens When Things Don't Go to Plan?

Every procurement team has had a supplier miss a deadline or deliver a quality issue. Here is how we handle the situations that matter most.

Production is delayed — how are we notified?
Your account manager contacts you as soon as a delay is identified — before the original delivery date, not after. We provide a revised ETD and the specific reason. For delays > 5 working days, we discuss options: partial shipment of completed quantity, air freight for critical coils, or revised scheduling with a confirmed new date in writing.
The cargo arrives with a quality issue — what is the process?
Contact us within 30 days of arrival with photos and the coil batch number from the label. We open an 8D investigation, provide a preliminary response within 24 hours, and a full root cause report within 5 business days. Remedies depend on the nature of the issue: replacement production, credit, or partial refund — confirmed in writing after investigation. All relevant MTC and OQC documentation is retained for 5 years and retrievable within one business day.
I need to increase my order quantity after confirmation — is that possible?
Increases are accommodated subject to current line capacity. Contact us within 5 working days of order confirmation for the best chance of adding to the same production run — this avoids colour batch differences between the original and additional quantity. After production has started, additions require a new order and go into the next available production slot.
The vessel is delayed at port — does that affect my order?
Our responsibility ends at FOB port of loading (or CIF destination port if agreed). Once cargo is on-board and the bill of lading is issued, ocean transit risk passes to the buyer or their insurer. We provide the B/L, packing list, and all shipping documents promptly so your freight forwarder can monitor vessel progress. We are happy to assist with communication if port congestion issues arise.
My project is delayed — can I defer shipment after production is complete?
Yes. Completed cargo can be held at our warehouse for up to 30 days at no charge. Beyond 30 days, a storage fee applies — confirmed in writing at the time of deferral request. We notify you when production is complete regardless, so you have maximum flexibility to time the shipment with your project schedule.
FAQ

Common Questions on Ordering & Delivery

What is your actual minimum order quantity?
5 metric tons per specification — meaning per combination of coating type, substrate, thickness, width, and colour. A single shipment can contain multiple specifications as long as each individual spec meets the 5T minimum. There is no minimum container quantity requirement; we can load a partial container if the cargo weight warrants it, though full container loads (FCL) are more cost-effective for most buyers.
Do you hold stock, or is everything made to order?
We maintain a rotating stock of the most common specifications — primarily PE-coated PPGI in standard building colours (white, grey, light blue) at 0.30mm, 0.40mm, and 0.50mm thicknesses. Stock items ship within 7–10 working days. All other specifications are produced to order. Contact us to check current stock availability for your specification before placing an urgent order — stock position changes weekly.
Can you produce the entire quantity of a large order in one production run?
Yes, for most order sizes. Producing a single project quantity in one run eliminates colour batch variation between coils — important when panels from different coils will be installed side by side. For very large orders (500T+ per specification), discuss scheduling at enquiry stage. We will confirm whether a single run is feasible and, if not, provide a batch management plan to minimise ΔE between runs.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are T/T (30% deposit at order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment) or L/C at sight from a first-class bank. D/P (documents against payment) is available for established customers. Payment currency is USD. For new customers, T/T with deposit is the standard arrangement for the first 1–2 orders. Please discuss alternative arrangements at enquiry stage if your procurement policy requires different terms.
Can I inspect the cargo before shipment?
Yes. Third-party pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV, or any customer-nominated agency is fully supported. Arrange at least 7 days before the planned shipment date so we can schedule inspector access and hold the cargo. We provide all test documentation and do not load until the inspector releases the lot. Inspection agency costs are borne by the buyer.
