Three Lines, Built Over Two Decades
Our production base in Jiangyin runs three lines built between 2004 and 2017 — two continuous color coating lines and a film laminated (VCM) steel line — with slitting, embossing, cut-to-length and shearing processing added in 2020.
Thickness 0.12–1.2 mm, width 600–1250 mm, RAL and custom colors, 50,000 tons a year.
Every Batch Tested Before It Ships
The lab at our production base runs salt spray, T-bend, cupping, impact, gloss and surface roughness testing batch by batch, and we send you inspection photos before loading. Third-party pre-shipment inspection by SGS, BV or Intertek arranged on request.
